1. Explain it simply
只要 gives one sufficient condition; 就 gives the guaranteed result: 只要 …，就 …。
只要 starts the first clause; 就 goes right before the verb in the second clause.
It means 'as long as this one thing is true, the result follows': 只要多练习，就能学好中文。

只要多练习，就能学好中文。
Zhǐyào duō liànxí, jiù néng xuéhǎo Zhōngwén.
As long as you practice a lot, you can learn Chinese well.
one condition is enough
只要你想去，我就跟你去。
Zhǐyào nǐ xiǎng qù, wǒ jiù gēn nǐ qù.
As long as you want to go, I'll go with you.
就 before the verb
只要有时间，我就去锻炼。
Zhǐyào yǒu shíjiān, wǒ jiù qù duànliàn.
As long as I have time, I go exercise.
